From his early years and still to this day Joel’s passion is rare antique automobiles. Not just any old autos, rather ones that tell their own story. For example his 1915 Model T Ford Roadster, a 1927 Ford Track T Roadster, and perhaps the pinnacle of all of his accomplishment, restoring, driving and breaking a world record at the Bonneville Salt Flats in his V4F/BFS, (Vintage Four Cylinder Flathead/Blown Fuel Streamliner) which now holds the world record in its class which was easily broken by Joel in 2012. More about the World’s Fastest Model T can be found here.
Car obsession isn’t rare; it becomes a passion rooted in what has been lost. In the beginning, Joel sacrificed a 1963 & 1964 Jaguar XKE for the seed money needed to start his own business. Today you will find him restoring a 1965 Jaguar “E” Type. His first Jaguar restoration was a 1954 Jaguar XK 120. Joel continues to amaze us all with his collection of Vehicles. All of which thanks to Joel are ready, willing and able to be set free on the open road or race track once again.
Kris and Cable are both rooted in Higher Elevations. Kris was born and raised in Colorado, while Cable is a 5th Generation Arizona Native from Payson. The outdoors and mountains pull both of them back frequently by means of Dual Sport Adventure Motorcycle trips high above Timberline, and Whitewater Canoe Trips. A balance between the mechanics and structure of the aerospace business and the primal need to be outside is accomplished by multiple passions. Kris can usually be found listening to loud music & restoring a Vintage Mercedes when he isn’t enjoying his two kids, family & friends. When Cable isn’t soaking life up with his two boys and wife, he’s caught in the garage working on a Vintage Café Racer Motorcycle.
